Brad Walker is a registered Financial Advisor who is proud of his firm and the communities in which it serves. After graduating from Arizona State University, W.P. Carey School of Business (BS) in 1995, Brad began his career in the financial services industry as an annuity specialist with SunAmerica Inc. based in Los Angeles Ca. After obtaining his series 7 and registered investment advisory licenses, Brad joined Smith Barney where he practiced as a registered financial advisor. After several successful years, home had its calling. Brad and his wife Lisa moved back to his hometown, Louisville KY, to plant roots and start their family. Brad joined Hilliard Lyons, a prominent regional securities brokerage and investment advisory firm his father had worked for since the early 1970s.
Today, with over 24 years of industry experience, Brad specializes in the development and maintenance of sound investment stewardship for institutions and individuals alike. Brad lives in Louisville KY with his wife and two daughters and currently serves on the board of directors for New Hope Services Inc.
Brad holds the following Licenses: FINRA − Series 7 and 65 and in Insurance − Life, Health, Variable Life & Annuities. Brad also received the Hilliard Lyons Chartered Wealth Advisor (CWA) designation through the Academy of Multidisciplinary Practice accredited by the Estate & Wealth Strategies Institute of Michigan State University. In addition, he completed the Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) program through the University of Pittsburgh, Joseph M. Katz School of Business and Center of Fiduciary Studies.
